Dry Times at Times Square

Times Square Shopping Centre Car Park sits in the heart of the High Street in Sutton Greater London.

The car park sits directly above Pure Gym, Matalan and Flannels and has reported leaks into all the tenanted properties for a number of years.  The existing asphalt surface had received a number of treatments to stem the water penetration, but all had failed.

Makers are delighted to announce that the car park refurbishment have been completed early and within budget.  The completed area had the Triflex ProPark waterproofing system applied to the parking areas, plant rooms as well as the large access ramp with all areas now returned to tenants.

“We are absolutely delighted with the outcome, the technical advice and the spirit in which the works were undertaken”

Savills

“Not necessarily the largest but none the less it had its complications with the tenant 24/7 operations dovetailing with the necessary works.  The outcome is excellent and we are delighted that our client feels the same”.

William McCrimmon, Southern Regional Director.
