The roof at the Royal Mail Centre was in desperate need of attention. The pitched metal roof had suffered from years of harsh weather conditions and nesting seagulls.

Makers Construction were engaged to carry out a full roof refurbishment that included removal of the existing/failing cut edge corrosion system, preparation and repair of the roof sheets, coating of rooflights, coatings to the gutters and fabrication and installation of new bespoke aluminium downpipes.
