“We are delighted that the Kellogg’s project has been selected in the category Liquid Project of the Year over 1,000m2.

The team are subject to very stringent operational conditions that are just not evident on any other roofs which is paramount to the none contamination of the food process resulting in works being undertaken in a highly controlled manner”

Alex Bloor, Roofing Director

The Kellogg’s project was won in competitive tender and will take some 2 years to complete covering a number of roofs in various conditions.  The issues have been one of investigation and design involving parties from America who have had to remain in the UK during COVID.

“We are delighted to make the finals and it is testament to our consistent performance in the roofing sector.  We have already been blessed by being awarded Project of The Year back in 2019 for the Watergardens but the Kellogg’s project is a whole different kettle of fish… nobody wants soggy Cornflakes for breakfast…  I’d like to thank all of the team for their efforts and hope they enjoy the day and fingers crossed”.

Simon Lamb, Managing Director.

The awards have received the largest numbers of submissions since their inaugural event back in 2017.  It is a great achievement to even make the finals and all category entries are very strong which is a reflection of the work executed in liquids.

We wish all the entries the best of luck.
