Makers Construction were chosen to complete waterproofing works on the largest commercial unit on the estate. The 169,000 sq. Ft building had rusting on all the end laps of the steel roofing sheets spanning the length of the roof.

The enormous unit was suffering large areas of water ingress through the damaged metal sheeting above. On inspection it was discovered that the large valley gutters and external guttering also had the misfortune of extensive rusting and was a contributing factor to the water ingress.
