Makers provide a workmanship warranty on its projects and / or a materials warranty provided by the supplying manufacturer(s) of the products and systems used.
Where Makers have been engaged in the role of Principal Contractor – we provide a ‘single point’ warranty which is both for workmanship & materials combined.
Makers are approved installers of many manufacturers products and systems and can provide various levels of guarantees depending upon which manufacturer(s) and product(s) are used. For Structural Refurbishment and Car Park Refurbishment the guarantee is 10 years. In the Roof Refurbishment sector the guarantees range from 10 to 15 years, and in certain circumstances can be for up to 20-years.
Makers Guarantee is a Standard 10-year guarantee on works and products installed, we can also provide the following:
- Material & Installation Guarantee
- Insurance Backed Guarantee
- Performance Bonds available through ABI
