Queen Square House, Facade Concrete Repairs
The University College London, Institute of Neurology, Queens Square House is 12 storeys high including the roof level plant room, with an additional basement level; all concrete framed.
Around the perimeter there are various forms of pre-cast concrete cladding panels; smooth formed finish, exposed aggregate finish and expressed timber board finish with signs of previous repair areas.
The north, east, south and west elevations all required concrete repairs, so safety was key and scaffolding and cradles were installed.
