Makers Construction Are Gold Winners Again

Rospa Gold Medal Award 2016At the Hilton Metropole Hotel, Makers were awarded with their Gold Medal for the ROSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2016.  The event was marked as RoSPA’s Diamond Anniversary as the RoSPA Awards are celebrating 60 years of presenting highly regarded and sought after accolade to businesses and organisations which have shown commitment to accident and ill-health prevention.

The majority of the awards is non-competitive and mark achievement at merit, bronze, silver and gold levels. Gold Medals are presented to organisations sustaining high standards of the gold level over consecutive years.  We are pleased to say that Makers have received recognition and have now the gold medal award for another consecutive year, following the previous Gold Awards.

The scheme is open to businesses and organisations of all sizes and types from the UK and overseas.  The judges consider the entrants main principles of occupational health and safety management systems, which include leadership and workforce involvement practices.
