Allhallows was incredibly technical with serious structural issues but has had a most comprehensive transformation with clever design, innovation, green credentials and sustainability, and is a worthy winner”.

I spoke with Ben Ziff of Citipark before the results and we both acknowledged each other’s achievements.. his team has a fantastic flagship car park although I am truly thrilled for the team at Bedford..”
